‘B52’ is a very famous Venus Flytrap cultivar (amongst carnivorous plant enthusiasts) bred by Henning von Schmelling at the Chattahoochee Nature Centre at Roswell, Georgia.
The traps are up to 5.7 cm long and brightly coloured. This plant is one of the top contenders for the largest trap of any cultivar. The deep red shown in the picture is achieved in late summer in good light.
Our sale plants (pictured) are well established and are producing traps up to 2.5cm long.
