This dried long fibred sphagnum moss is sourced from renewable and sustainable sources in Argentina (Patagonia). The sphagnum is compressed and dried and gamma radiated to eliminate spores and grasses. We use this moss for our own carnivorous plant compost and the moss is also an excellent medium to grow seeds from Sarracenia, Venus Flytrap, Darlingtonia and Nepenthes in.
