Pinguicula ‘Guatemala’

Control whitefly naturally with Pinguicula ‘Guatemala’, a large-leaved hybrid butterwort with beautiful pink flowers. This Pinguicula’s sticky leaves attract and trap insects, and it’s relatively easy to grow in a warm, humid environment.

Pinguicula ‘Guatemala’ is ideal as a houseplant, thriving best in moderately bright light and high humidity. It can also tolerate direct sunlight in the early morning and late afternoon. Water from above with rainwater to keep the soil moist, but don’t allow the leaves to get too wet. There’s no need to apply plant food as this carnivorous plant receives the nutrients it needs from the insects trapped on its leaves.
