Free UK delivery on orders over £70,- (option available at checkout), otherwise the delivery charge is £6,95. For post orders like seed only products we charge £2,50.
Orders are sent from Monday to Thursday by Royal Mail 1st class (24H service).
In the event of a product being out of stock, we will contact you to organise a replacement or a refund.
We only send plants purchased by private customers to the UK. For wholesale customers we can arrange an export and a Phytosanitary Certificate including CITES if needed.
Our carnivorous plants travel extremely well, but if there are any problems on arrival please contact us as soon as possible.
A note will be posted on the home page if we are away and unable to send deliveries.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible, your order can be returned within 14 days.
The postage costs of returning the purchase will be paid by the customer, this will not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that our plants will have a very different appearance in winter as opposed to the summer, this is nothing to be concerned about but contact us if you are not sure. Please read more about the dormancy period of carnivorous plants.
