General conditions
The contract made by you online with us incorporates these terms and conditions, which shall prevail over any and all terms and conditions proposed by you.

Payment and prices
We reserve the right to change our prices from time to time. All reasonable efforts will be made to update the website of any price changes as they occur. The price will not be altered once we have recieved and accepted your order.

Delivery
All products, wherever possible will be posted within 30 days ( usually within 2-3 days). If there is a delay we will inform you.
We do not accept any liability for failure to deliver within that time period.

Substitutions
We do not send substitutions unless asked for. If a plant is out of stock, we will contact you to organise a replacement or a refund.

Your Right to Cancel
You have seven (7) working days from the day of delivery to your home to cancel. You may return the product without reason. A full refund of the purchase price plus postage will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
Where goods have not been returned within this period a deduction from the refund to cover the reasonable costs of collecting the goods may be made.You will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the products.


This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We have implemented and embraced the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000.

Liability
Our liability shall be limited to the cost of the plants/goods if faulty

Data Protection
At all times we will observe the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1988 and will provide the appropriate security measures to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given your explicit consent by opting in.

We will always give you the option to cancel any marketing e-mail you have chosen to recieve from us in the future.
