This plant is only just available for sale and is stunning. It was originally named about 15 years ago and featured in the RHS Magazine 'The Garden'. Its most striking feature is the deep red veining on the inside of the lid, which contrast so well with the green of the trap. Virtually evergreen, this plant makes a lovely display all year. The traps are quite short but are held slightly off the ground to a height of 20cm. The flower is deep red.
