Sarracenia rubra ssp gulfensis heterophylla

This plant is totally free of red pigmentation producing pitchers and flowers of yellowish green when grown in full sun. Vigorous and clump forming. A good contrast grown with the typical form.Sunny position. Stand in 2-5cm rainwater. Allow to die down in winter and cut off brown parts of trap. Watch for botrytis. Keep damp but don't stand in too much water.Keep sheltered, but no heat needed over winter. Compost: 6:2:1peat:perlite:sand
