Sarracenia flava (Slacks 'Maxima' clone)

A giant clone selected by Adrian Slack. Produces pictures of up to 90cm in height. It has a slightly different shape than a typical flava. When mature this plant would devour thousands of insects. All our plants have beenproduced by division (not seed grown)Sunny position. Stand in 2-5cmrainwater. Allow to die down in winter and cut off brown parts of trap. Keep damp but don't stand in too much water. Keep sheltered, but no heat needed over winter. Compost: 6:2:1peat:perlite:sand
