Delivery Details

All our plants are sent ready potted.
We aim to send orders within 2-3 days. Generally we avoid sending over the weekend so will not post on Thursday and Friday.
If you do need an order for a specific date please do inform us.
Occasionally we cannot send orders immediately due to weather, shows etc but we will keep you informed by email.

UK Orders

Flat Rate post and packing of £4.99 per order. Free delivery on orders over £50.00.
Orders under £25.00 will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Service.
Orders over £25.00* will be sent via Parcelforce 24hr Service (signature required).
*Compost over 2 litres will be sent Parcelforce 48hr Service.

EU Countries

We can send plants to countries within the EU but costs do vary .
Orders up to £10.00 have a delivery charge of £7.00 - £8.00 using Royal Mail International Small Packets signed for service
Orders over £10.00 will be sent Parcelforce Express at a charge of £15.50 - £38.00 depending on the country.

Non EU Countries

Please contact us prior to ordering if you are not in the EU.
Plants sent outside the EU need CITES export permits which we organise (£59.00 per genus) and also a plant health inspection and Phytosanitary Certificate (£25.00) before posting. This all takes up to 4 weeks.
Some countries, in particular the US, Australia, New Zealand may need import permits which would be obtained by the customer in that country.
Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss the costs and administration involved. Check your countries own government websites for import regulations.
